BRODIE DIZGUN
Brodie was raised in Santa Barbara and attended the University of Southern California. While at USC he majored in business administration with dual concentrations in real estate development and real estate finance, graduating with dean's list honors.
Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Brodie spent six years working at The Concord Group, a real estate consulting firm in Newport Beach with a principal focus on residential pricing and asset valuation. This experience provides him with a unique ability to analyze market trends and data from multiple angles to position the value of a home.
While with The Concord Group, Brodie completed analyses for several high-profile developments in Los Angeles including:
- Unit-by-unit pricing for the RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES at L.A. Live
- Residential appraisal for the BEVERLY HILTON redevelopment (for sale
condominium component)
- Ultra high end lot valuations for Royal Canyon Estates to the east of
Beverly Park.
Brodie is intimately familiar with all Westside neighborhoods and maintains a full real estate broker's license as opposed to the standard sales license. In addition to having lived in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Newport Beach, he has worked extensively throughout all areas of Southern California. Brodie's familiarity with such diverse regions is an invaluable asset in pairing buyers with real estate that suits their tastes.
