Beverly Ridge Estates is a small gated community located off the west side of Coldwater Canyon immediately south of Hidden Valley. The neigborhood lies to the east of Beverly Park, on the opposite side of Franklin Canyon near the crest of the Santa Monica Mountains. This guard gated enclave of a dozen homes is centered along Beverly Ridge Terrace, the namesake private thoroughfare.
