Bienveneda Bluffs is the smallest of the bluff-top communities lining the south side of Sunset Blvd in Pacific Palisades. Homes in the neighborhood represent a variety of architectural styles. Properties afford owners ocean, mountain, and/or canyon views depending on elevation and orientation. Many of the mid-century homes have been upgraded throughout or entirely rebuilt.
