BRODIE DIZGUN
Brodie was raised in Santa Barbara and attended the University of Southern California. While at USC he majored in business administration with dual concentrations in real estate development and real estate finance, graduating with dean's list honors.
Brodie's professional life has been devoted solely to real estate. Prior to pursuing a career in residential sales, Brodie worked at The Concord Group, a real estate consulting firm in Newport Beach with a principal focus on residential pricing and asset valuation. This unique experience provides him with an ability to analyze data and market trends from multiple angles in order to help a seller best position the value of a home. Although his primary focus is now on residential sales, Brodie continues to advise on engagements for homebuilders and developers.
In conjunction with The Concord Group, Brodie has completed analyses for several high-profile projects in Los Angeles including:
- Unit-by-unit pricing for the RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES at L.A. Live
- A valuation in support of construction financing for the residential component of the BEVERLY HILTON expansion
- A development acquisition valuation of 9900 WILSHIRE (now known as
ONE BEVERLY HILLS)
Brodie is intimately familiar with all Westside neighborhoods and maintains a full real estate broker's license as opposed to the standard sales license. In addition to having lived in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Newport Beach, he has worked extensively throughout all areas of Southern California. Brodie's familiarity with such diverse regions is an invaluable asset in pairing buyers with real estate that suits their tastes and needs.
As a licensed real estate broker for over a decade, Brodie has a breadth of experience advising both buyers and sellers. He is unwaveringly dedicated to serving his clients' best interests from introduction to close of escrow, with an emphasis on reliability, availability, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. His personable approach to all interactions is an invaluable asset in pursuit of a client's goal.
Outside of work, Brodie enjoys taking the opportunity to paddleboard in the summer, ski in the winter, and is particularly passionate about travel, having visited over forty countries.
