BUNDY CANYON

Bundy Canyon extends from Sunset Blvd into the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains. An unofficially defined neighborhood, Bundy Canyon is geographically self contained and largely confined to resident only traffic. Side streets and cul-de-sacs branch off of North Bundy Drive, the main thoroughfare running the full length of the community. Recreation enthusiasts will enjoy direct access to mountain trails via the St. Mary's Fire Road. Despite enjoying a distinctly pastoral feel, downtown Brentwood is just minutes away.

Homes in Bundy Canyon vary significantly in terms of price and size. The largest lots are found in the upper reaches of the community between The Getty Museum and Mt. St. Mary's College. Many properties offer swimming pools and a small handful boast tennis courts. Views are limited by the surrounding hillsides, but some homes at higher elevations peek over the canyon walls.

Bundy Canyon is part of a larger area represented by the Brentwood Homeowners Association. This volunteer group was incorporated in 1946 and represents community interests regarding traffic, development, and environmental concerns. BHA dues are voluntary and range from $100 (basic) to $1,000 (benefactor).
