Comstock Hills is bounded by Wilshire Blvd to the north, Santa Monica Blvd to the south, Beverly Glen Blvd to the west, and the Los Angeles Country Club to the east. This page and the statistics below cover single family homes in the community, and exclude the condominium complexes fronting Beverly Glen Blvd.
Like all Westwood neighborhoods, Comstock Hills affords residents easy access to many of West L.A.'s prime commercial centers. Beverly Hills and Westwood Village are both just over a mile away, and Century City is immediately adjacent. The Westfield Century City mall, with a plethora of high end retail and dining venues sits directly across Santa Monica Blvd from the southern boundary of the community.
Comstock Hills has seen a slower (albeit increasing) pace of redevelopment as compared to many Westside neighborhoods. Much of the original construction remains, offering modest square footage and a relatively affordable point of entry to single family home ownership for the area. Select homes enjoy views of the Century City or Wilshire Corridor skylines, while properties along the community's eastern fringe look out over holes 3-5 of the Los Angeles Country Club South Course. Lots accommodate yards of varying sizes and approximately twenty percent of properties have pools.
Community interests are overseen by the Comstock Hills Homeowner's Association (CHHOA). Dues are inexpensive and voluntary. For further information about the goals and ideals of the CHHOA please visit their website.
