The Crest Streets are located a few minutes north of Sunset Blvd, tucked between Coldwater Canyon and Trousdale Estates. The city of Beverly Hills flanks the neighborhood to the east, west, and south. Although nearly encircled by Beverly Hills, the community is actually part of the Beverly Hills Post Office. While homes in the Crest Streets enjoy the prestige of a 90210 zip code, they lie just outside the official city limits. Two landmark estates (Greystone Mansion and The Knoll) sit directly to the south of the neighborhood. 

 

Homes in the Crest Streets run the gamut on an array of criteria. Significant variation in lot size and topography precludes uniformity.
