GOLDEN TRIANGLE

The Golden Triangle is the vibrant commercial hub of Beverly Hills, densely packed with office and retail space. The neighborhood is bounded by Santa Monica Blvd, Rexford Drive, and Wilshire Blvd. World renowned Rodeo Drive bisects the community, anchored by the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons hotel. The Triangle is a global shopping mecca, with high end boutiques lining Rodeo and many of the adjacent streets. Upscale-casual and fine dining establishments pepper the community, with a notable concentration along North Canon Drive.
Residential options in the Golden Triangle exist, but are limited. A half dozen small condominium and townhome communities are scattered along Canon and Crescent Drives. The recently built Montage Residences stand in a class all their own, commanding the highest price per square foot for condominiums in the greater Los Angeles area. The prices achieved by the Montage are a testament to the desirability of amenities in the Golden Triangle, recognized by some of the world's most discerning buyers. Additionally, a few dozen single family homes line the west side of Rexford Drive on the eastern boundary of the neighborhood. For all intents and purposes, these single family residences flow seamlessly into the North of Wilshire community and are not included in the statistics below.
