Hidden Valley is located off the west side of Coldwater Canyon, immediately south of Mulholland Drive. The community is one of a handful of gated enclaves in the Beverly Hills Post Office, with security present 24/7. The west side of the neighborhood borders the unspoiled wilderness of Franklin Canyon Park. Residents can access hiking in the park from a trail head directly adjacent to the community. 

 

Lot sizes in Hidden Valley are generous and most accommodate relatively large residences. The average and median home size for the community are both approximately 5,000 s.f.. With the exception of one property, all have pools and over a quarter have tennis courts. As the name implies, the neighborhood is tucked into a gently sloping valley surrounded by hills. The topography of Hidden Valley limits views but provides the sense of seclusion and privacy sought after by many its residents.
