My wife and I first met Brodie at an open house in Tarzana.  He was hosting the open house and proved extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the home, the neighborhood, and comparable homes for sale in the area.  We were not working with a real estate agent at the time and we were so impressed with Brodie's knowledge and helpfulness we decided to let him represent us in finding the perfect home for our family.  To our dismay, the home we were viewing already had an offer pending.  With Brodie's help, we quickly submitted our own offer and hoped for the best.  Thanks to his diligence and hard work our offer was accepted.

He researched competing rental properties in the area, had pictures taken of the unit, and had it listed within a week.  Brodie effectively handled all the inquires from prospective tenants and conducted numerous showings.  In no time we had two competing applicants for the units and eventually settled on what has proven to be an excellent tenant.
