Westwood Village is a vibrant and bustling neighborhood directly south of UCLA. The Village is primarily a commercial hub, with shops, theaters, and an abundance of restaurants catering to the student population and daily influx of office workers along the Wilshire Corridor. Although dominated by rental housing, a handful of buildings provide the opportunity to own in the community. Residents of Westwood Village are within walking distance of vitually all daily necessities. Whole Foods, Ralphs, and Trader Joes have local outlets along with multiple drug stores, banks, and a Target. Equinox and L.A. Fitness sit on the neighborhood's southern border along Wilshire.

The majority of for sale units in Westwood Village are located in Park Westwood Tower. The 13 story, 135 unit building was built in 1961 and is comprised almost entirely of one and two bedroom condos. The property does have a handful of three bedroom penhouses ranging in size from 2,000 to 3,500 s.f., but they very rarely come to market and were therefore not included in the statistics given below. Lindbrook Village is the second largest complex, and is also predominantly one and two bedroom units with the exception of one four bedroom townhome and a couple of studios. The two aforementioned properties account for over 80% of for sale units in the neighborhood. The remainder are located in a handful of smaller buildings situated along Hilgard Avenue.
